Specialists and General Practitioners are accredited to Hunters Hill Private Hospital, Centre for Surgical & Rehabilitation Specialities as Visiting Medical Officers and operate their practice in the local or surrounding areas. Pre Admission Policy
Please complete the pre admission form (link below)at the time of consultation. All relevant sections must be completed before giving to the patient. Please inform the patient that this form must be received at least 7 days prior to admission. If this is not possible or it they have any queries regarding cost, please ask them to telephone the hospital between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday to make arrangements for their pre admission.
